Warranty Policy - Returns

We insure lost or damaged items during shipment.

We cover 100% of lost or damaged items. The shops on our site will take full responsibility of mis-ordered or out of stock items.

Depending on the item, some may vary in pattern or design. Also, depending on the device used to view the site, the color may not look as you may see. Yet in some cases, it may not be recognized as wrong item/color/design. In such case, cancelation may be made.


Returns and cancelations

  • Cancelations before shipment

Cancelation can be done only if the item is not yet shipped. The customer will be credited back immediately.

  • Cancelations on shipped items

Items can be returned within 5 days of arrival. All returning items must be unused and in the same condition as it was delivered. Customer will be credited back as soon as the shop receives the returned item. Some items may not be returnable. Be sure to read the item details before making the purchase.
